Marin Magazine, LLC sold to Open Sky Media
The founders of Marin Magazine, LLC announced that they have completed the sale of all interests and assets of Marin Magazine, LLC to Open Sky Media, Inc. The sale includes Marin Magazine, the award-winning magazine of the San Francisco Bay Area, its accompanying Web site (www.marinmagazine.com), its ecommerce site (www.themarinstore.com) and its private sale site (www.sfsfpree.com).

Lisa Shanower, Co-Founder / Publisher will be leaving the company to pursue her passion for digital media. “I feel honored to have created a product that has value to the readers and advertising community of Marin County. Nikki Wood and Jim Wood will stay on in a leadership position. “Lisa’s entrepreneurial spirit and publishing expertise was instrumental in the magazine’s success, and we’ll miss her creative energy.
